After rounds and rounds of rescheduling due to weather and/or sickness, I finally got to meet up with two of my favorite subjects (and their mom and Grammie, too!!). It had been raining that morning, but we were determined to make this session work. The sun came out right as we were arriving and it was just perfect! Enjoy busy boy, Wylie, and sweet little sister, Evie!

As we reached the point in our travels around the park that was the farthest from shelter, a huge dark cloud rushed us and poured down on us! But we made it fun with a little rendition of "If all of the raindrops were lemon drops and gumdrops..."
Little sister took the rainstorm as an opportunity to snooze in the wagon under a blanket, and woke ready for more smiles!
It's always so great to catch up with you guys! I'm so glad we persisted to make this session happen - rain and all!
