Oh what fun we had at the Carl House last weekend with Scott and Shannon! These two met in an animal rescue group and have been laughing their way through life ever since! Enjoy their lovely wedding!

These two fishing partners got hooked! April and Barry set down their fishing poles long enough to have a lovely country wedding, and I got to be there to see it all! After growing up with April, I am so honored to have been apart of her beautiful wedding and to get to see her so happy! Barry is THE NICEST guy and his love for April and her boys is clearly evident. Enjoy this awesome wedding, and keep an eye out for all the fishing influences!

April and Barry exchanged letters before the ceremony, and I'll admit, I had to dab at my eyes a little after these moments :)

These girls came ready to party and had us laughing all day!

A Fall Wedding in Piedmont Park

Syndey and Julian were married by a close friend who delivered a beautiful ceremony, including the idea that one can not truly love someone else without first loving themselves. I couldn't agree more and loved seeing this couple exemplify that perfectly!

As the newlywed couple took a deep breath right after the ceremony, a little girl walking by saw them and started exclaiming to her parents "Look, she's married!!". She got to see a real-life princess and her prince charming!

I loved the idea of spring bulbs as wedding favors!

Look closely here so you don't miss the wit ;)

Syndey's dad gave a very moving speech and presentation and didn't leave a dry eye in the house!

Congratulations, guys! Your wedding was beautiful and I am so honored to have been a part of it! Here's to a long and happy life together!

Whew! What a busy few weeks it has been for this sweet couple! Tyler only had a few short weeks between returning from a deployment in South Korea and reporting to his new base in New York, and he filled it by marrying his love! Enjoy this look into Brittney and Tyler's lovely wedding!

Brittney wrote a letter to Tyler that morning and he read it just before the ceremony!

The newlyweds took just a few minutes to themselves right after the ceremony and I just love how happy and relaxed they are!

Then it was time for boot-scootin and booty-shakin!

The catering crew got in on the action too! They were having their own little dance off in the back!

I am so excited for you two! Best of luck with the move to New York and the start of your lives together!

Meredith & Adam {Married!}

I had the pleasure of witnessing a truly heartfelt union of two great people recently at the Seney-Stovall Chapel in Athens. Here are some highlights from Adam and Meredith's sweet wedding!

Meredith's mom made her veil and included pieces from her own wedding dress as well as bits of other family heirlooms. The result is unique and beautiful!

I love the subtle way Adam's love of comic books was incorporated into the wedding!

Adam's priceless reaction to seeing his bride for the first time! "Whoa!" then "Oh yeah, I made a great choice!"

There wasn't a dry eye in the house after Meredith and Adam read their vows. They were genuine, touching, and included just the right amount of humor to keep us all from sobbing aloud!

After the exceptionally moving toasts, it was PARTY TIME at the Rialto Club of Hotel Indigo!

This little cutie stole her mom's shoes, then stole the show with her ridiculous adorable-ness (is that even a word?)

Congratulations, you guys! If I had to describe your special day in one word, it would be "genuine." Everything about the day was REAL, and nothing more so than your obvious love and respect for each other. Thanks so much for filling my own heart with love and hope through simply being around you!

Dustin & Chelsey {Married}

A southern chic wedding for the books! Dustin and Chelsey had the most charming wedding at Price Mountain Farm and we were lucky enough to be a small part of it. As my assistant, Sarah, put it, these are the two most photogenic people. Ever! You'll see what I mean below, and keep in mind that very few of these photos are posed!

Dustin was hard at work writing the letter to Chelsey to be read on their first anniversary

Finally, it was time for these two to get their first looks at each other!

Although the weather didn't fully cooperate for the outdoor wedding by the tree this couple had envisioned, we were able to sneak out there for some great photos!

One of my favorites moments of any wedding is the new couple walking back up the aisle. The first few minutes that they have together as husband and wife are so sweet!
