Meeting up with an old friend is always a pleasure. My pleasure was made even greater by meeting her sweet husband and adorable baby girl too! Enjoy this happy-go-lucky family! Thank you guys so much for letting me spend some time with your family! Your little girl is just precious and I enjoyed catching up with you as well! Let's don't go 10 years next time ;)

A Fall Wedding in Piedmont ParkSyndey and Julian were married by a close friend who delivered a beautiful ceremony, including the idea that one can not truly love someone else without first loving themselves. I couldn't agree more and loved seeing this couple exemplify that perfectly! As the newlywed couple took a deep breath right after the ceremony, a little girl walking by saw them and started exclaiming to her parents "Look, she's married!!". She got to see a real-life princess and her prince charming! I loved the idea of spring bulbs as wedding favors! Look closely here so you don't miss the wit ;) Syndey's dad gave a very moving speech and presentation and didn't leave a dry eye in the house! Congratulations, guys! Your wedding was beautiful and I am so honored to have been a part of it! Here's to a long and happy life together!
I'll admit that I took a few extra deep breaths before I met with this family boasting a six year old daughter and 2 1/2 year old twin boys! I had my running shoes on and was ready for action. Little did I know, I was about to meet the sweetest and calmest family of all time! Enjoy this precious family! I simply couldn't. stop. shooting. these three! SO ADORABLE! Look at this stunning beauty...who also loves to read! They could not have created a more "magazine" pose if I asked them! Born naturals! Daddy's coat = best blanket ever! All family photo shoots end with a lizard tongue shot...duh! If children are a reflection of their parents, you guys are the best! Everyone was so respectful, patient, and kind with each other. Thanks so much for letting me into your world for a morning!
It's hard to believe that this little cutie is already a year old! I met up with one of my favorite families to document the big celebration! Cousins: built-in best friends! Grayson didn't have much to do with his cake...until his mom picked him up and started to move it away! Then it was full face plants! Dancing with the big kids :) Smooching with Grandmother! Every little brother's right of passage: overkill of squishes by his big sisters! Happy birthday, sweet boy! And congratulations to his awesome parents for creating such a caring, fun, well-rounded family :)
After several rain-outs, and an *unexpected start to the morning, I FINALLY got to get this sweet family in front of my lens! Enjoy our stroll through the nature preserve! Big brother is full of energy and curiosity, while little sister brightens the room with her big smile :) Thanks so much for your patience and for sticking it out through the sprinkles. I loved getting to know your strong and energetic family!
Look at this adorable couple that I get to work with over the next year as they plan their perfect wedding day. They are so cool, down to earth, and sweet with each other. Enjoy the start of our engagement session at a local farm. Alan used their "puppy" to propose to Lindsey, so it was only fitting to include him in our photos! This couple couldn't keep the giggles away for more than a few moments at a time...and I LOVED it! We had a very curious audience during our session :) Next, we headed down to Turner Field to fulfill a dream of Alan's. We had so much fun exploring the empty stadium and pretending to be star athletes! After shooting Alan, I looked over to find Lindsey looking perfectly posed and adorable - what a natural! Thanks so much for a great day! I am so excited for your wedding next year!
